Usinage/Fraisage :

 With multiple Numercial Control, we can use both to make frames or industrial parts (electonics, aeronautics…) whatever the complexity of the piece.

Assemby/Welding (Heated tool/-Laser-High Frequency- Ultrasonci hot) :

Our equipment allows us to assemble your parts with precision and whatever their forms. Many and various welding works station are available, which allows us to treat all kinds of parts: small, prestigious, high standing, etc. …

Laser Etching :

We realise the laser etching whatever the material or the for of the piece following the writing or logos and images of your choice.

Deburring, Polishing/Burnishing, Sand Blasting :

With a recognized expertise in many activities, we come to deburr parts of various sizes without to let trace machining. Polishing will give a better appearance to your piece by removing any trace of defect. Our sanding machines provide a matte appearance to your products.

Surface treatment :

We also propose our customer the deposition of metals on their parts : Nickel, Chrome white, Black chrome, Ruthenium, Palladium and Gold, with or without sub-layer, in flash or thickness.

Painting and decoration :

We offer an infinite range of colors than either varnish, lacquer or shellac shaved, and sublimation.
Both in clear or colored, finished appearance can be according to your choice matte, satin, translucent or shiny.

Finishing :

We do also the finishing of glasses: Cutting and fitting lenses, assembly tips of branches, eyeglass nose pad assembling, repairing …
The location of these workshops on the same site allows us to offer our customers a fast and controlled service.
